Our company mows vacant lots on North Padre Island. We have been mowing lots for over 30 years. We mow and weed eat the perimeter, 6 times through out the year to keep the Johnson Grass, Weeds, and Sunflowers below the 12" rule of the city. We are located right on the Island so it is convenient for us to keep an eye on your property and check each subdivision after heavy rains. We would love to have your business and take care of your property. For 2009 we will do 6 mows For $37.50 each that is $225.00 for the year. We try to keep our mows minimal and prices low. Receipt of Payment in Full will add you to our mowing Cycle for 2009.

Please notify us if our mowing service is not required so your property can be removed from our billing.  We will notify the City of Corpus Christi that you are responsible for the maintenance.
